Elkhorn RPPD is governed by a nine member Board of Directors representing three districts in Elkhorn's service area. Each Director is elected to a six-year term. Board meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month at the main office, 206 N. 4th Street, Battle Creek. These meetings are open to the public. Top of Page ||Elkhorn Rural Public Power District serves consumers in the counties of Madison, Antelope, Pierce, and portions of Holt, Boone, Stanton, Wheeler, and Platte counties. The service area is divided into three districts (District I, II, and III). The main office is located in Battle Creek, Nebraska. A branch office is located on east Highway 275 in Neligh, Nebraska. Normal office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. After hours and emergency calls are taken at (800) 675-2185.
